Hi, Debbie. I am so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. Ann Kivett Shaw had sent me a text to let me know of this. Louise was such a wonderful woman and I have very fond memories of her during our high school years when we were close. How many nights did I come over to study and work algebra problems with you, and she was always there with a smile and on hand to offer encouragement to us and snacks. I will never forget her taking you and me to Holly Hill Mall (first time I had been) to pick out our prom dresses. First time I had eaten a Chick-Fil-A sandwich and fell in love with the taste. She was certainly a nice person to spend time with. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. I had left a voice mail on your landline and hope to be able to reach you and talk soon. Oh this news is so sad. I have not seen her in years but have fond memories of her. I used to send her cards just out of the blue just to say HI-to her. She told me many times she just love getting those cards. When she sold her house and moved. I never knew where she went and thus lost touch. She was a sweet lady and I believe she was a cousin in my husband. Frankie Cockman's(passed) family. Somewhere connected through the Brady's.
