Agnes Hash Wilborn

Agnes "Libby" Hash Wilborn, 93, of Siler City passed away surrounded by her family on Thursday, December 17, 2020 in Bear Creek, NC. Mrs. Wilborn was born July 13, 1927, a native of Person County, and the daughter of Willie Thomas and the late Rosa Belle King Smith. Libby was a member of the Brookdale Baptist Church. She loved to read and spend time with her family. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband Jackson B. Hash and son, Curtis Wayne Hash. She is survived by her husband; Bill Wilborn, daughters; Joyce Hash Elmore of Bear Creek, and Linda Hash Meeks of Siler City, step-son; Michael Phillip Wilborn of TN, sister; Glenda Leonard of Bennett, brothers; Ray Smith of Asheboro, and Jerry Lee Smith of Pittsboro, 6 grandchildren, 1 step grandson, 13 great grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren and 1 great, great step-grandchild. The family will receive friends Sunday, December 20, 2020 from 2:00-3:00 PM at Brookdale Baptist Church, P. O. Box 428, Siler City, NC. The funeral will follow at 3:00 PM with Rev. Rob Roberts officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Siler City. Memorials may be made to Brookdale Baptist Church, P. O.
