Betty Justice Holt

Betty Justice Holt, 84, of Siler City died Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at UNC Hospice, Pittsboro.

Mrs. Holt was born in Chatham County on October 10, 1933 the daughter of Jesse Allen and Ola Ellen (Jones) Justice. Betty had worked for Western Electric in Burlington, and as a waitress and most recently as a nursing assistant in a nursing home. Betty was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed listening to old country music such as Conway Twitty.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Hoyt, Wilbur, Edward and Earl Justice and a sister, Frances Arnold.

She is survived by sons, Lynn Dudley and Allen Dudley; brothers, twin brother W. Bobby Justice and Franklin Justice and wife, Doris and Billy Joe Justice, The family will receive friends Friday, August 3, 2018 from 12:30 – 1:45 PM at Smith & Buckner Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 2:00 PM at Chatham Memorial Park, 13260 Hwy 64 West, Siler City with Rev. William Fields officiating.
