William A. Burston, 70, of Siler City died Saturday, November 14, 2020 at Rex Health Care, Raleigh. Mr. Burston was born February 8, 1950 the son of William and Annie Cousin Burston. William is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife: Shirley Burton Burston, Services will be in St. Paul CME Cemetery, Hogansville, GA.
