Treva Terry Lindley Pegram, 93, of Siler City died Monday, March 25, 2013 at Universal Health Care Of Ramseur. Mrs. Pegram was born in Chatham County on February 25, 1920 the daughter of Albert Slocum and Dewey (Andrews) Terry. She retired from A J Schneierson as a sewer, was a member of Edward Hill Friends Meeting and the Adult Sunday School Class. Treva enjoyed cooking, gardening, sewing and crocheting. She was an avid fan of the UNC Tarheels. She is survived by two daughters: Margaret Rogers and husband, John of Siler City, NC, Donna McPherson and husband, Bobby of Liberty, NC, one son: George C. Lindley of Bear Creek, NC; one sister: Mary Gertrude Graham and husband, Chip of Ramseur, NC; two brothers: Hobart Terry and wife, Iris of Siler City, NC, Clyde Terry and wife, Tennie of Spartanburg, SC; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Edward Hill Friends Meeting Cemetery, 92 Ed Leonard Road, Siler City with Josh Conrad and Allen Bullard officiating. The family will receive friends in the fellowship hall following the service. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Building Fund or Cemetery Fund of Edward Hill Friends Meeting, 92 Ed Leonard Road, Siler City, NC 27344.
