Timothy Wayne Maness, age 58, of 389 Winding Creek Drive, Carthage died Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at Carthage.

Mr. Maness was born May 12, 1959, the son of William Franklin and Cleo Lucille Starnes Maness. He worked as a metal fabricator.

He is survived by son: William Maness of Siler City, sister: Norma Brown of Sanford and brother: Steven Maness of Asheboro; grandson, Clayton Maness.

A celebration of life was held Saturday, March 3, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Smith & Buckner Funeral Home.
