Teddy Levon Causey, 56, of Siler City died Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at UNC Hospitals.
Mr. Causey was born in Chatham County on June 25, 1960 the son of Teddy and Shelby Jean (Shields) Causey. Von loved his Lord and Savior and was a member of Community Baptist.
He was a carpenter by trade, working in construction of homes. He enjoyed spending time with his wife, his children, his grandchildren, Molly, his dog, fishing, camping.
Von was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife: Kay (Albright) Causey; son: Kevin Causey and wife, Loletia of Siler City; daughter, Amanda Causey of Greensboro; son, Joseph Seay of Asheboro; daughter, Kim Smith of Ramseur; two sisters: Betty Jo Beal of Siler City, NC and Audrey Causey and fiancée, Robbie Dyke of Siler City, NC; two brothers: Larry Causey and fiancee', Debbie Lambe of Siler City, Gary Causey and wife, Gina of Snow Camp; grandchildren, Madison and Marissa Nance, Dayja Causey, Kevin Causey, Jr. and Nora Causey.
The family will receive friends Sunday, December 11, 2016 from 2:00-3:00 PM at Community Baptist Church, 2575 Hamp Stone Road, Siler City, NC. The funeral will follow Sunday at 3:00 PM with Rev. Timmy Cheek and Rev. Mark Agan officiating. Following the service the family will receive friends at the home of his parents, 86 West Shannon Road, Siler City
