Sidney Jay Cade

Sidney Jay Cade, 53, of Goldston died Thursday, July 18, 2013 at his residence. Mr. Cade was born in Chatham County on July 13, 1960 the son of Parrott Junior and Colleen (Johnson) Cade. Sidney had worked at Hadley Peoples Manufacturing as a loom operator. He was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his mother, Colleen (Johnson) Cade of the home; two brothers: Travis Cade and wife, Deborah and Hodge Cade both of Goldston; nephews, Tony Cade and Travis Cade, Jr.; great-niece and nephews, Catlin, Aaron and Mitchell. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 20, 2013 at 1:00 PM at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery, Goldston. Smith & Buckner Funeral Home is assisting the family.
