Roger David Johnson

Roger David Johnson, 54, of Carrboro died Thursday, December 17, 2015 at his residence. Mr. Johnson was born in Chatham County on May 5, 1961 the son of Porter W. and Virginia (Brafford) Johnson. His home church was First Wesleyan Church of Siler City. He was a sales associate with The Ink Spot in Carrboro. Roger was preceded in death by his parents and "Daddy's special four legged girl, Daisy". He is survived by one sister: Vivian Johnson of Siler City, NC; best friend, Glyn Folk; several cousins; aunts, Elsie Jones and Lois Brafford. The family will receive friends Sunday, December 20, 2015 from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at First Wesleyan Church, 608 N. 3rd Ave., Siler City, NC. The funeral will follow Sunday at 2:00 PM at First Wesleyan Church with Rev. Don Southern officiating. Burial will follow in Chatham Memorial Park, Siler City.
