Robin Johnson Fulford

Robin Johnson Fulford, 55, of Staley, passed away on Saturday, March 4, 2023.

Robin was born in Chatham County on July 21, 1967, the daughter of Cary Lee Johnson and Shelia Oldham Blackmon.

She had attended Community Baptist Church in Siler City. Robin loved being outside, and enjoying the sunshine. She was always singing with her sister and playing with her dog Mickey. Robin adored her family, and getting to spend time with her grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her son, Dusty Welch; mother, Shelia Blackmon; and brothers, Bobby and Charles Chappell.

She is survived by her son, Brandon Welch of Staley; father, Cary Lee Johnson and wife Rita of Siler City; sister, Julia Mabe and husband Mike of Siler City; brother, Cary Johnson (Tonya) of Siler City; grandchildren, Bryson, Dakota, Braylee, and Madison Welch; and significant other, Richie Foushee; and her cherished dog, Mickey.

A visitation will be held from 1:00-2:00 PM at Community Baptist Church, 2575 Hamp Stone Rd., Siler City, on Friday, March 10, 2023, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM with Rev. Mark Agan officiating. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery.
