Penny Luray Wright

Penny Luray Wright, 46, of 105 Messer Drive, Siler City died Sunday, January 22, 2012 at UNC Hospitals, Chapel Hill. Ms. Wright was born July 16, 1965 in Chatham County the daughter of Joseph Moore and Brenda (Tucker) Wright, Jr. Ms. Wright was a graduate of Jordan Matthews High and a member of South Fork Friends Meeting. She had worked for National Pen, Inc. in Nashville, Tennessee as a commercial artist. In recent years she had been employed as a child care provider. Penny was preceded in death by her father, Joseph M. Wright and her grandparents, Naomi Johnson, Joseph and Inez Wright. She is survived by mother, Brenda (Tucker) Wright; grandfather, Nat Johnson of Staley, NC. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at 11:00 AM at South Fork Friends Meeting with Andrew Needham officiating.
