Pamela Adele Alston

Pam was born in Chatham County on October 03, 1960, to Lacy Thomas and Joyce Glover Alston. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Jackie Robinson.

Ms. Alston was a member of Praise Tabernacle Deliverance Church in Siler City. She worked in retail for many years. Pam had a generous heart that was full of love for her family and friends.

Pam is survived by her son, Anthony L. Alston of Raleigh; daughter, Kristie Z. Rose of Siler City; sisters, Debra Robinson, of Morristown, TN; Beverly Alston-Smith and husband, Michael Smith of Bethesda, MD; grandchildren, Tiara and Cadence; nieces, Jakki and Natalie; Aunts, Shirley Edge and husband, Grady of Syracuse, NY, and Helen Glover of Los Angeles, CA; and a host of loving family and friends.

A visitation will be held on Monday, May 15, 2023 at Corinth AME Zion Church, 491 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, from 1:00 - 2:00 PM. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM, with Dr. Rosa Smith-Williams officiating. Burial will take place in the church cemetery.
