Norva Marie Moffitt Fisher

Norva Marie Moffitt Fisher, 97, of Bear Creek, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 3rd, 2024, at Ramseur Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center surrounded by family.

Norva was born on December 4th, 1926, in Randolph County to the late Ernest Philmore and Dovie Craven Moffitt. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Wayon M. Fisher; her brothers, Haywood, Samuel, and Charlie Moffitt; and her sister, Clara Mae Lackey.

She attended Antioch Christian Church and loved her church family. She was employed for 26 years at Kayser-Roth. Norva loved flowers and gardening. She also loved to refurbish furniture. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her.

She is survived by many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Friday, November 8th, 2024, at 2 pm, at Antioch Christian Church Fellowship Hall in Bear Creek with Reverend Jimmy Talton officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior at the church.
