Nelson Lee Brewer

Nelson Lee Brewer, 65, of Siler City passed away on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at his home in Siler City. Mr. Brewer was born February 19, 1955, a native of Chatham County, and the son of Huey and Barbara Brewer. Nelson spent his working years as a truck driver. He loved to spend his time hunting, four wheeling, and spending quality time with his family. In addition to his parents, Nelson was preceded in death by his brother Joseph Brewer. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Sharon Ellis Brewer, daughters; Pamela Snider and husband Kenneth of Mt. Airy, and Deanna Brewer of Mt Airy, step children; Ashley James and husband Kris of Creedmoor, Benjamin Sharpe and Lindsey Sharpe of Siler City, and 7 grandchildren. Memorials may be made to UNC Hospice, PO Box 1077, Pittsboro, NC 27312. A memorial service will be held at a later date. The family will receive friends other times at the home of Lindsey Sharpe, 417 E. Raleigh Street, Siler City, NC 27344. Smith & Buckner funeral home is assisting the Brewer family.
