Michael Dennis Whitesed

Michael Dennis Whitesed, 64, of 900 West Dolphin Street, Siler City died Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at Siler City Care & Rehabilitation. Mr. Whitesed was born April 13, 1947 in Riverdale, MD the son of Joseph and Margaret (Petersen) Whitesed. Michael was an Army Veteran of Vietnam and had been a firefighter. He is survived by his wife: Ann (Sullivan) Whitesed of Siler City; his mother; a sister, Eileen Whitesed both of Riverdale, MD; step-daughter, Elizabeth Shutz of Pittsboro and one granddaughter. A memorial service is planned for Thursday, February 16, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Siler City Care & Rehabilitation. Smith & Buckner Funeral Home is assisting the family.
