Margold Louise Fox

Margold Louise Fox, age 60, of Asheboro passed away on Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at her home.

Ms. Fox was born in Asheboro, NC on November 27, 1958. She was formerly employed in the furniture industry and was a member of First E&R United Church of Christ. Margold was preceded in death by her father, James Frank Fox and brothers, Benny and Mike Fox. Margold was known for her good heart and stubbornness. She loved animals, especially horses and dogs.

She is survived by her daughters, Kelly Hackney and husband Bill of Chapel Hill and Kara Greenwood of Asheboro; grandchildren, Chase Weeks of Chapel Hill, Kyela Hackney of Chapel Hill, Deekon Scarboro of Asheboro, and Memphis Greenwood of Asheboro; mother and stepfather, Barbara and Joe H. Thomas of Asheboro; sisters, Mevelyn Williams and husband Mike of Summerville, SC, Marilynn Willis and husband Jim of Supply, and Gail Allred and husband Larry of Ramseur; and brothers, Sam Fox and wife Vicki of North Pole, AK and Bobby Thomas and wife Debbie of Asheboro.

A memorial service will be held Monday, May 20, 2019 at 1:00 pm in the Randolph Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel with Pastor Mark Wilburn officiating. A visitation will follow the service at the home of Barbara and Joe Thomas.
