Linda Elva Riddle Ellington

Linda Riddle Ellington, 68, of Siler City died Saturday, August 9, 2014 at UNC Hospitals. Mrs. Ellington was born in Chatham County on November 25, 1945 the daughter of Roy and Ollie (Fields) Riddle. She was and member of Cornerstone Baptist Church and was retired from the Country Mart. Linda was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, James R. Riddle. She is survived by her husband: Carson Ellington, daughter: Kim Holshouser and husband Rodney O'Quinn of Gulf, NC; son: Robbie Holshouser; step-children, Melissa and B. J. Ellington one sister; two brothers: grandchildren, Kelly O'Quinn, Robbie Holshouser, Jr, and Erica Dianne Holshouser;; three great-grandchildren and her best friend, Jo Ann Beal of Bear Creek, NC. A graveside service will be held Saturday, August 16, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Cornerstone Baptist Church, 396 NC Hwy 42, Goldston. Smith & Buckner Funeral Home is assisting the family.
