Lana Marie Nance Smith

Lana Marie Nance Smith, 70, of Silk Hope Road, Siler City died Sunday, July 15, 2012. Mrs. Smith was born in Cabarrus County on July 25, 1941 the daughter of Grady and Corinna Clara (Russell) Nance. She was a homemaker and a member of Loves Creek Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, June Greene. She is survived by two daughters: Serena Fristoe (Russell), Amy Olsen and two sons: Frank Smith (Bonnie), Kerry Smith (Sandra); one brother: Neil Nance; eleven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and her former husband, Frank Adam Smith, Jr. The family will receive friends Thursday, July 19, 2012 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Smith & Buckner Funeral Home, 230 North Second Avenue, Siler City, NC, a memorial service will follow in the Smith & Buckner Funeral Home Chapel with Rev.
