Kimberly Sutton Terry

Kimberly Sutton Terry, 51, of Siler City-Snow Camp Road, Siler City died Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at her home. Mrs. Terry was born in Chatham County on January 15, 1963 the daughter of Lloyd and Shirley (York) Sutton. Kim was a 1981 graduate of Southern Alamance High School and the valedictorian of her class at Alamance Community College. She was a member of Plainfield Friends Meeting where she served as youth director and worked with vacation Bible school. She maintained an internet company creating wedding flower designs and was the owner operator of Kustom Auto Recyclers in Liberty. Kim enjoyed spending time at the family home on the coast and cruising. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas H. Terry, Jr. and her mother. She is survived by sons: Josh Combs and wife, Tammy, Adam Terry and wife, Erica, Chris Terry and wife, Chastity, Kevin Terry; father, Lloyd Sutton; step-mother, Janice sisters: Cindy Roberts, Tamra S. Glass, Carolyn Terry Skowron; grandchildren, Daylin Locklear, Chanceler and Chesnea Terry, Addison Combs, Alexis Terry; Trey, Seth, Breanna and Sierra Dickerson; two nieces and two nephews; step-brother, Cody Lineback. The family will receive friends Thursday, September 11, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Smith & Buckner Funeral Home, 230 North Second Avenue, Siler City, NC and other times at the family home. The funeral will be Friday, September 12, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Plainfield Friends Meeting, 1956 Plainfield Church Road, Siler City with Kevin Rollins officiating.
