John Jeffery Jackson, Sr.

John Jeffery Jackson, Sr. 52, of Siler City died Friday, August 26, 2016 at his residence. Mr. Jackson was a native of Chatham County and was born August 4, 1964, the son of Ronnie Lee and Mattie Scott Jackson. He was a truck driver, loved his family and Chevy trucks. He is survived by his wife: Mary Alice Taylor Jackson of the home, mother: Mattie Jackson of Bear Creek, father: Ronnie Lee Jackson and wife, Linda of Siler City, daughters: Jessica Jones of Sanford and Brittany Brown of Liilington, sons: Jeffery Jackson, Jr. and wife, Heather of Bear Creek, and Stephen Jackson of Hope Mills, brother: Christpher Lee Jackson of Siler City, grandchildren: Aubree and Alana Jackson, Reya Person, Zoey and Eric Jackson, Alisanddra Brown and Lyliana Tejas, nephew: Carson Lee Jackson and sister-in-law: Teresa Taylor. A visitation will be held Sunday August 28, 2016 from 6 to 8 PM at Smith & Buckner Funeral Home, 230 North Second Ave. The funeral will be 2:00 PM Monday, August 29, 2016 at Smith & Buckner Chapel.
