John Albert Andrew

John Albert Andrew, 94, formerly of Cramerton, Mount Holly and Goldston, NC died Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at Coventry House. Mr. Andrew was born in Chatham County on May 23, 1920 the son of Carmie and Alice (Headen) Andrew. He was a Navy veteran of WWII, the owner/operator of Cramerton Barber Shop and a member of First Presbyterian Church of Mt Holly. John was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Lewis Andrew; sister, Berta Mae Trodgon; nephew, John Curtis Andrew, niece, Deborah Lewisann Andrew; special cousin and caregiver, Daphne Andrew King; cousins, Lynn Andrew, Arlene A. Gilliland and Donald Andrew. He is survived by cousin, Glenn Andrew of Sanford, NC; special caregivers, Johnny Gaines and Annie King-Gaines. A graveside service will be held Saturday, January 10, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Edward Hill Friends Meeting Cemetery, 92 Ed Leonard Road, Siler City with Josh Conrad officiating and military rites by the Randolph County Honor Guard.
