Jimmy Dorsey Griffith

Jimmy Dorsey Griffith, 71, of 914 Greensboro Ave., Siler City died Saturday, November 24, 2012 at Chatham Hospital, Inc. Mr. Griffith was born December 7, 1940 the son of Homer Earl and Margie (Meade) Griffith. Mr. Griffith was a native of Logan County West Virginia, was a carpenter, served in the Army during the Korean Conflict, an avid hunter, fisherman, and loved animals. He is survived by sisters: Margo Cleland and husband, Wayne of Siler City, NC, Freda Swan of Columbus, OH, Mary Swisher of Gallipolis, OH and brother: Homer Griffith, Jr. and wife, Eva of Springfield, OH
