Jesse Earl Justice, 74, of Joe Brown Road, Bear Creek died Saturday, April 26, 2014 at Randolph Hospice House, Asheboro. Mr. Justice was born in Chatham County on September 17, 1939 the son of Jesse Allen and Ola Ellen (Jones) Justice. He was a member of the Siler City Chapel, retired from Collins & Aikman and had been a member of the National Guard. Earl was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Wilbur, Hoyt and Edward. He is survived by his wife of 47 years: Sarah (Brooks) Justice; two daughters: Lisa Justice Riggs and husband, Jeff of Siler City, NC, Christina Justice and significant other, Steven Campbell of Bear Creek, NC, grandchildren, Rebecca and Matthew Riggs; sisters: Betty Justice of Siler City, NC, Frances Arnold of Trinity, NC; brothers: Bobby Justice and wife, Linda, Franklin Justice and wife, Doris, Bill Justice all of Siler City, NC and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Monday, April 28, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Smith & Buckner Funeral Home, 230 North Second Avenue, Siler City, NC. The funeral will be Tuesday, April 29, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Brush Creek Baptist Church, 5345 Airport Road, Bear Creek with Steven Harrell officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
