James Doyle Perry

James Doyle Perry, 62, of 3311 Silk Hope Road, Siler City died Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at UNC Hospitals, Chapel Hill. Mr. Perry was born in Chatham County on May 1, 1950 the son of Vance and Cara (Campbell) Perry. He was employed as a truck driver, transporting heavy equipment. He is survived by two daughters: Robin Perry of Shreveport, LA, Michelle Perry Iott of Bennettsville, SC; one brother: Van Perry and wife, Joan; half-sisters, Estelle Bowers and husband, J. C. of Siler City, NC, Dellene Long of Aurora, NC, Cleo Telas and husband, Sauce of Albuquerque, NM; grandson, Elan Perry. There will be a memorial service at a later date.
