He is survived by his parents, Josiah and Laura (Clark) Maultsby, IV ; one sister: Madelyn Maultsby of the home maternal grandparents, Vernon and Doan Clark of Siler City, NC; paternal grandparents, Nancy and Alex Maultsby of Zebulon, NC; maternal great-grandparents, Frank and Barbara Clark of Siler City, NC; paternal great-grandmother, Edna Lemmond of Laurinburg, NC; maternal uncles, Steven and Matt Clark of Siler City, NC; paternal aunts and uncles, NC; numerous great aunts, uncles and cousins. The family will receive friends Wednesday, August 21, 2013 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Smith & Buckner Funeral Home, 230 North Second Avenue, Siler City, NC. The funeral will be Thursday, August 22, 2013 at 3:00 PM at Fellowship Baptist Church, 120 Fellowship Church Road, Siler City with Rev. Jason Golden and Rev. Brian Parker officiating.
