Inez Keller Moon

Inez Keller Moon, 84, of 763 Old Dam Road, Liberty died Tuesday, June 12, 2012 at Chatham Hospital, Inc., Siler City. Mrs. Moon was born in Chatham County on November 20, 1927 the daughter of Murphy and Susie (Cooper) Keller. She was a member of Bethlehem Wesleyan Church where she was a member of the Adult Sunday School Class and former board member. Inez retired from Glendale Hosiery. She enjoyed spending time working in her yard and her flowers but she most enjoyed time with her children and grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister and two brothers. She is survived by her husband of 67 years: Otis A. Moon; three sons: Mike Moon of Chapel Hill and special friend, Terry Jones of Burlington, NC, Tim Moon and wife, Brenda of Bennett, NC, David Moon and wife, Susan of Liberty, NC; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three sisters: Nannie Mae Hinshaw of Siler City, NC, Janiece Lowe of Siler City, NC, Lottie Carter of Liberty, NC and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held Thursday, June 14, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Bethlehem Wesleyan Church with Rev. Roger Coburn officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday, June 14, 2012 following the graveside service at Bethlehem Wesleyan Church, 9468 Snow Camp Road, Snow Camp, NC.
