Hilda Geneva Jones Williams

Hilda "Geneva" Jones Williams, 90, of Siler City died Sunday, January 15, 2017 at Siler City Center. Mrs. Williams was born in Duplin County on January 26, 1926 the daughter of Enos D. and Hadie (Goodman) Jones. She was retired from Collins & Aikman after 40 years of service, and member of Brookdale Baptist Church. Geneva was preceded in death by her husband, Harry James Williams and a son, Harry D. Williams;four sisters and one brother. She is survived by two sons: Bobby Williams and wife Shirley of Siler City and Tony Williams and wife Anne of Bennett; six grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends Tuesday, January 17, 2017 from 1:00 – 2:00 PM at Brookdale Baptist Church. The funeral will follow at 2:00 PM at Brookdale Baptist Church, Siler City with Rev. Rob Roberts officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Siler City. Memorials may be made to Brookdale Baptist Church, P. O. Box 428, 1133 West Third Street, Siler City, NC 27344.
