Henry Galary

Henry Galary, 86, of Siler City died Thursday, June 9, 2016 at UNC Hospitals, Chapel Hill. Mr. Galary was born October 14, 1929 in New Bedford, MASS, the son of Joseph Frank and Victoria (Wojtowicz) Galary. Henry was a graduate of New Bedford High School and received a Bachelor of Science, Textile Engineering from the University of Massachusetts. He was a Corporal with the US Marines, a member of the American Legion Post 81, Liberty and a member of Randolph County 40/8. Henry was employed with Hadley Peoples Mfg as a supervisor in the lab for 18 years and a member of St. Julia Catholic Parrish, Siler City Henry was survived by two sisters, Lucy G. Talbot and Helen G. Smith Burial will be in Massachusetts National Cemetery, Borne, MA. Smith & Buckner Funeral Home assisted with local arrangements.
