Faydine Opal Tisdale

Faydine Opal Ellis Tisdale, 71, of Siler City died Thursday, November 7, 2013.Mrs. Tisdale was born June 4, 1942 the daughter of John M. and Mary Edna Johnson Ellis. Mrs. Tisdale was a native of Chatham County. Faydine was a homemaker, a member of Hickory Mountain United Methodist Church was preceded in death by husband, Garland Tisdale, brothers; Willie Ellis, George Ellis, Buck Ellis, and Gilbert Ellis, sisters; Margaret Oakley and Etta Mae Mann. She is survived by daughter: Linda Faye Moody, sons: Thomas Edward Foushee, Clarence "Peanut" Foushee, Kenneth Ray Foushee, sister; Annie Ring, brothers: James Ellis, Grady Ellis, Bernice Ellis, best friend, Sue Woody. The family will receive friends Saturday Nov. 9, 2013 from 6 to 8 PM at the Smith & Buckner Funeral Home. The funeral will be 2:00 PM Sunday at Hickory Mountain United Methodist Church, 201Hadley Mill Road, Pittsboro with Rev. Mary Ellen Bender officiating. Burial will be in Hickory Mountain United Methodist Cemetery.
