Earlene Keck Ellington

Earlene Keck Ellington, 76, Siler City died Friday, August 25, 2017 at Chatham Hospital, Inc., Siler City.

Mrs. Ellington was born October 10, 1940 in Chatham County, the daughter of Ike and Frances Keck.  Mrs. Ellington was member of Piney Grove United Methodist Church and worked at Boling Chair Company. She is preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, Charlie C. Ellington.

She is survived by daughter: Tammy Ellington and special friend, David McQueen of Raleigh,  son: Terry Ellington and wife, Cindy of Siler City, sisters: Mattie Clark and husband, Bruce of Siler City, Doris Powers and husband, Delmas of Siler City and Kay McLaurin of Siler City, grandson, Isaac Ellington and Fiance', Breanna Herring of Graham.

The family will receive friends Sunday, August 27, 2017 from 2:00-3:00 p.m. at Piney Grove United Methodist Church, 2343 Piney Grove United Methodist Church Road, Siler City, NC 27344. The funeral will follow at 3:00 PM in the church sanctuary with Rev. Jim Folks officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
