Danny Wayne Street

Danny Wayne Street of Siler City went home to be with the Lord Thursday, August 2, 2018. Danny, born in Randolph County September 13, 1967, son of Carlos and Patricia (Wood) Street. He was a member of Providence Independent Methodist Church. Danny worked at the Town of Holly Springs Engineering Department as lead Development Inspector.

Danny loved spending time with his two sons, family and friends. He enjoyed farming, bee keeping, camping, and riding motorcycles. He was quick witted and loved a good joke which he shared often with his special work family. He performed many unrecognized random acts of kindness and volunteering.

Danny was a man of integrity, love and spoke from his heart.

He was preceded in death by a son, David Quinn Street; maternal grandparents, Robert Nick and Era Wood; paternal grandparents, McKinley and Juanita Street

Danny is survived by his wife: Monica (Williams) Street; son, Kyle Street; sister: Stephanie Faith Street; parents, Carlos and Patricia Wood Street; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins; special nieces, Olivia Buckner and Ruby Buckner.

The family will receive friends Saturday, August 11, 2018 from 1:00 to 2:30 PM at Siler City Pentecostal Holiness Church. A memorial service will follow at 3:00 PM.
