Colleen Johnson Cade

Colleen Johnson Cade, 87, of Church Street, Goldston died Sunday, December 21, 2014 at her residence. Mrs. Cade was born in Chatham County on September 12, 1927 the daughter Thomas and Etta Dunn Johnson. She had been employed as an inspector at Glendale hosiery. She is survived by sons: Travis Cade and wife, Deborah, Hodges Cade both of Goldston, NC; grandsons, Travis Ray Cade and wife, Katherine and Tony Cade and wife, Salina; step-grandson, Adam Pickett and wife, Carrie of Gulf, NC; great-grandchildren, Aaron and Mitchell Cade and Catlin Cade. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery, 3825 Bonlee-Carbonton Road, Goldston. Smith & Buckner Funeral Home is assisting the family.
