Catalina Estrada, 56, of Ramseur died Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at UNC Hospitals, Chapel Hill.
Mrs. Estrada was born in El Salvador on April 30, 1963 the daughter of Benjamin Hernandez Rodriguez and Maria Estrada Iraeta. She was a homemaker.
Catalina was preceded in death by a brother, Chepe Estrada.
She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Pedro Mendez Dominguez; daughter: Delmy Rudy Estrada; parents Benjamin Hernandez Rodriguez and Marta Estrada Iraeta; sisters, Blanca, Bacilia, Mirian and Lita; brothers, Julio, Victor and Fermin; special aunt , Candelaria Estrada.
The funeral Mass will be Thursday, August 15, 2019 at 10:30 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 512 West Wainman Avenue, Asheboro, NC 27203 with Father Philip Kollithanath officiating.
Smith & Buckner Funeral Home is assisting the family.
