Carrie Lee Ferguson

Carrie Lee Ferguson, 81 passed away on June 24, 2015 at her home. The funeral service will be held Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Smith & Buckner Funeral Home Chapel, 230 N. Second Avenue, Siler City, NC 27344, with Rev. Womack Keck officiating. A private burial will follow. Carrie Lee was born October 25, 1933 in Siler City, NC, the only child of Zeb Ferguson and Dora Clark Ferguson. She was retired form Chatham County Health Department after many years of service. Carrie Lee loved to cook, a collector, and loved her animals. She is survived by her close friend and neighbor, Tom Hildebrand and cousins, Marcelle May Hanson of Medimont, Idaho, Albert F. Sutton, Jr., of High Point, NC, Kathryn (Kay) Clark of St. Petersburg, FL., Fay Sutton Brantley of Greensboro, NC, Kay Sutton Tolbert of Greensboro, NC and Louise Hargett of Monroe, NC.
