Beverly Jean Olson

Beverly Jean Frederick Olson, 67, of Ed Clapp Road, Siler City died Monday, August 26, 2013 at Laurels Of Chatham, Pittsboro. Mrs. Olson was born May 11, 1946 in Philadelphia, PA. She had been employed as an accountant and was a member of Piney Grove United Methodist Church. Beverly enjoyed gardening, shopping and spending time with her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Sandy Cleesattle. She is survived by her husband of 25 years: Charles E. Olson, two daughters: Arleen McPherson of Siler City, NC, Stacey Olson of Los Angeles, CA; one son: Scott Wetsky and wife, Michelle of Amsterdam, NY; sister, Pat Belbot of Las Vegas, NV, four Grandchildren and five; great-grandchildren. No formal visitation or service is planned. Smith & Buckner Funeral Home, 230 North Second Avenue, Siler City, NC is assisting the family.
