Antoinette Mary "Toni" Till, 70, of 347 South Second Avenue, Siler City, died Friday, July 27, 2012, at UNC Hospitals, Chapel Hill.
She was born June 13, 1942, in Philadelphia, Pa., to Howard and Margaret "Peggy" (Moran) Till, who preceded her in death.
Survivors include her companion, Harvey Brower; daughters, Holly Kozelsky Quirk of Martinsville, Va., and Siler City, N.C., and Mara Kozelsky Hunter of Mobile, Ala., and Newport, R.I.; sisters, Ginger Gary of Fulton, N.Y., Juanita Van Decker of New Jersey; brother, Joe Till of Albuquerque, N.M., and one granddaughter, Mary Evelyn Quirk.
She has a bachelor's degree from LeMoyne University. She had been a social worker and owned a family care home, from which she retired, and she was an artist.
A memorial service and visitation will be held at 6 p.m., Monday, July 30, 2012, at Smith & Buckner Funeral Home in Siler City, and at other times in the home.
