Andrew Tyler Bass

Andrew Tyler Bass, 23, of Staley died Sunday, November 15, 2015. Mr. Bass was born in Lee County on August 11, 1992. Tyler was employed as a general laborer. He was an outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, farming, landscaping and his dogs. He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Shinault. He is survived by his wife: Tiffany (Smith) Bass; sons, Gunner Blake and Walker Camden Bass; his mother, Karen (Lambert) Shinault of Staley; two sisters: Karla McAfee of Bremerton, WA, Shannon Hicks of Pittsboro, NC ;three brothers: J. R. Aney of Bear Creek, NC, Evan Bass of Staley, NC, Larry Hicks of Salisbury, NC and numerous nieces and nephews. The funeral will be Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at 12:00 Noon at Bonlee Baptist Church with Rev. Brandon Dobson officiating. The family will receive friends Wednesday, November 18, 2015 after the service at the church. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery, Bonlee. Smith & Buckner Funeral Home is assisting the family.
